We currently have sold the Texas Grill concept which we began here in Benbrook to a firm that will be expanding and building lots of Texas Grills in the area. We are proud of the 18 years of success that we had with those restaurants, and are grateful to each of our loyal guests and dedicated employees who made that possible.

A Legend in Texas Barbeque since 1927! In 1912 he married fellow immigrant Mary Bunkervitch, and in 1927 they opened Riscky's Grocery & Market a few miles from the Stock Yards. When they started providing lunches featuring their homemade barbeque, Cowtown loved it, and the Riscky family has been in the business ever since.

Lunch deliveries please call 24 hours in advance to assure delivery time. Other days & times available. There is an extra charge for extended distances from restaurants out of delivery area, some hospitals, high-rise buildings and apartments. Although majority of our deliveries are made within 30-45 minutes, additional time is needed during inclement weather or peak traffic drive times.

We're currently closed to finish the construction for our expansion. Look for our Grand Reopening on October 16 th!
